Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident booking the Vastu Transformation Workshop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is how refunds work.

1. Who this applies to

This refund policy applies to the Vastu Transformation Workshop (live 3-hour online session) offered at acharayabharatgautam.com/vastu-webinar.html. It does not apply to other services (1:1 consultations, akashic readings, healing sessions) which have their own engagement terms.

2. How to request a refund

• Send a WhatsApp message to +91 83686 47693 from the same number used at checkout.
• Include your name, the email used for payment, and the date/time of the workshop you attended.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the live workshop's end.

3. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your request. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. What is not refundable

• Workshop seats that have been attended in full and for which the 24-hour window has passed.
• Bonus PDFs, recordings, or any digital materials downloaded or accessed after the workshop.
• Charges imposed by your bank for the original transaction (such as currency-conversion fees).

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may be unable to resolve the issue quickly. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
