What does a Vastu consultation cost in Delhi NCR?
With Acharaya Bharat Gautam, the fee depends on your property — its type, size and location — and on the service you choose: a site visit, an online consultation from the floor plan, Advance Vastu (priced per sq ft) or Devta Vastu. Send your property details on WhatsApp and you get the exact fee before you book. Travel outside Delhi NCR and GST are extra.
What decides the fee
| Property type | A flat, villa or farmhouse, office, showroom or factory |
| Size | Larger properties take longer to study; Advance Vastu is priced per sq ft |
| Location | Site visits across Delhi NCR, India and abroad; travel is extra outside Delhi NCR |
| Service | Online from the floor plan, a site visit, or the complete Advance or Devta Vastu solution |
Get your exact fee
Share the property type, its size in sq ft and the city on WhatsApp. You get the exact fee before you book — no obligation.
Which option should I choose?
A site visit gives the most complete picture. An online consultation from the floor plan works well outside Delhi NCR or when you are evaluating a property before buying. Advance and Devta Vastu are for clients who want the complete, in-depth solution.
The money-back guarantee
Advance Vastu and Devta Vastu are backed by a money-back guarantee. Because every property is different, the terms — what is covered, the timeline and the conditions — are set after the site visit and given to you in writing before you go ahead.
Questions
Why isn't there one fixed fee?
Because no two properties are the same. A flat reviewed online from its floor plan takes far less time than a farmhouse or factory visited in person, so the fee is set for your property.
Is GST included in the Vastu consultation fee?
No. Travel and GST are extra.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, on Advance Vastu and Devta Vastu — a money-back guarantee with written terms set after the site visit.
