3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

You can book our Services through the Website, WhatsApp, email, or phone. A booking is only confirmed after we have received the agreed-upon deposit or full payment, as applicable.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated to you during the booking process. We may require a deposit before commencing Services, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed.

3.3 Pricing

Our prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings for which payment has been received.

3.4 Refund Policy

As mentioned in our guarantee, if we do not improve your situation within 6-12 months after implementing our recommendations, we will refund your service fee. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• You must have fully implemented the recommended remedies and adjustments.
• You must provide evidence of implementation through photographs or site visits.
• The refund request must be made in writing within 15 months of our initial consultation.
• The guarantee only applies to the service fee and does not include costs incurred for implementing recommendations.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us as soon as possible:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: Full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: 50% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notification: No refund will be provided.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer you the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your property and circumstances.
• Granting necessary access to your property for site visits.
• Making the decision to implement our recommendations at your discretion.
• Bearing the costs associated with implementing the recommendations.
• Following the recommendations as advised for optimal results.
• Understanding that results may vary depending on various factors including correct implementation, external factors, and individual circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Acharaya Bharat Gautam or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
